Wendy established WJ&A in 1987 after having worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and the Smithsonian Institution. She has been in the museum field for over thirty years, has authored and co-authored multiple publications, and is an established member of several conservation and museum organizations. She lectures extensively on the agents of deterioration and preventative conservation and has trained over 500 museum professionals in collections care through programs offered by the Smithsonian Institution, the United States National Park Service and national, regional and local cultural organizations. Suzanne recently jointed the WJ&A staff as the Office Manager/Technical Associate. Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Museum Studies with emphasis in Collections Management and Non-Profit Management, Suzanne previously held positions in development, administration, public relations/communications and curatorial operations in several museums in Dallas and Plano, Texas.
